Forecast: Extreme Northern Luzon and Mindanao will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers & thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the East to Southeast will prevail over Luzon & coming from the East over the rest of the country. On same day in 1995, former President Fidel V. Ramos signed Republic Act 7901, an act establishing the Caraga Administrative Region. The law was authored by former Congresswoman of the 1st district, Butuan City-Las Nieves & now B/Gen Charito B. Plaza and other officials from the then four provinces & 3 cities in the region. Cebuano news: Re-classification sa yuta nga tukuran sa bag-ong kapitolyo nakuha na sa provincial government

AGUSAN DEL NORTE, Enero 22 (PIA) -- Gikompirma ni Agusan del Norte Governor Erlpe John M. Amante nga nakuha na sa provincial government ang re-classification sa yuta nga gikatakdang tukuran sa bag-ong Capitol Building sa Agusan del Norte sa barangay Sanghan, Cabadbaran City gikan na sa Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Caraga.

Sumala pa ni Gov. Amante nga human maangkon ang re-classification mosunod na dayon ang land conversion niini adiser pa matukod ang bag-ong kapitolyo, kon diin gipasalig sa DAR nga human sa usa ka bulan posibleng ma-release na ang land conversion gikan sa Agricultural ngadto na sa Industrial Land.

Alayon niini gikatakdang sa bulan sa Marso masugdan na ang pag-construct sa bag-ong kapitolyo, ug posibleng makalingkod pa sa bag-ong kapitolyo si Gov. Amante adiser mahuman ang iyang termino sa tuig 2013 isip Provincial Governor sa Agusan del Norte. (PGO Agusan del Norte-PIO/PIA-Agusan del Norte)
